When you join our waitlist — your email address only. Nothing else.
When you create an account — your email address and password.
When you connect your Etsy shop — your shop URL and publicly visible shop data including listing titles, prices, review counts, public sales figures, and shop age. We collect this through standard web access methods — the same information visible to any visitor browsing Etsy.
When you use Vendra — how you interact with the platform, which features you use, and when you log in.
Private shop data — only if you explicitly connect your account through Etsy's official system. You see exactly what permissions you grant before approving. This includes views per listing, click-through rates, conversion rates, and traffic sources.
Generating your personalized weekly digest and shop audit. Improving recommendation quality using anonymized patterns across all connected shops — never your individual identifiable data. Sending you your weekly digest notification and important product updates. Nothing else. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Vendra's recommendations are generated by AI analysis of available data and are provided for informational purposes only. They represent possibilities based on observed patterns — not predictions or guarantees of results. Results vary based on factors outside our control including Etsy's algorithm, market conditions, and your individual shop circumstances. Vendra is not a licensed business consultant. You make all final decisions about your shop.
While your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion — everything is permanently deleted within 30 days. No exceptions. No archived copies.
If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
